Urban Fungi is a gourmet and medicinal mushroom farm based in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

I have a deep connection to the sublime process of transformation. That partly explains my life-long fascination with mushrooms. We share 50% of our DNA with mushrooms. We are connected to this magical fungi. They can teach us so much - like that they’re delicious and nutritious! Their life-cycle from spore to flowering fungi is infinitely interesting and I want to share my passion with you.

Our gourmet Oyster, Shiitake, Chesnut and Pioppino mushrooms are of the finest genetics. We are working hard and plan our first URBAN FUNGI harvest for Spring 2022 . Urban Fungi. The Land of Enchantment. Perfect match.
